Timmy's 1st Times...

Timmy had quite a few '1st-times' in the past month.
2 weeks ago, he went on his 1st excursion with his school to the Merry-Go-Round in the city centre. Neither Tert nor I went along.
According to the carers, they took the public bus to and fro. They walked hand-in-hand everywhere, from the school to the bus-stop to the merry-go-round. He even behaved very well on the bus, despite without a car-seat. When they were there, they took a ride on the merry-go-round and had a morning tea of hot chips there. We were told he had a great time!

Another '1st-time' is him eating ice-cream on his own. I got him some mini milk bars, which is actually chocolate milk ice-cream on a stick and he enjoyed holding and eating it on his own...


The third one was having a party in school. One of his carer, Nia was moving to the country so the school held a farewell party for her. There were lots of sandwiches, chips and juice and Timmy was eating his way wild. When we went to pick him, he was enjoying a sandwich, which he didn't usually enjoy at home.

Here's Timmy enjoying himself on the slide. We are very happy to have sent him to this childcare as there is alot of space for the kids to run about, with a playground and a big sandpit. After attending school, his motor skills have improved. He can now climb onto up the play structure to slide himself down the slide.
