Once in a lifetime....

Thanks to God that we have the opportunity to be able to experience living in another country. This blog is written to share our lives in Canberra with all our loved ones back in Singapore and overseas. UPDATE: We have relocated from Canberra to Melbourne at the beginning of 2009.

Making Pizza

Last Friday, Tert was nursing a stiff neck at home so he didn't go to work. He ended up watching kid's program with Timmy and they saw a show on making pizza...
So after the show, he thought of making pizza the next day and asked me to get the ingredients...
The ingredients we got were:
  • Pizza base
  • Saveloys (Sausages)
  • Shoulder ham (shredded)
  • Black Olives
  • Mushrooms
  • Red Capsicum
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Pasta Sauce

Timmy was so keen to help that he was sitting on his highchair waiting while I was cutting up the ingredients. Here's Timmy starting off with spreading the pasta sauce on the pizza base.

After spreading the pasta sauce, he went on to put the ingredients - sausages & ham, followed by olives and capsicum, then mushrooms and finally the cheese.

Into the oven went the pizza for 10 minutes @ 200 degrees (fan-force)

Tada! Here's the final product. It was really yummy!

This pizza was cut up into 6 slices and Timmy had 1 slice on his own.

We were able to make 2 pizzas and all of under $20. And we had lots of fun too!
