@ Lake Ginnidera

Every week, Tim & I will look forward to the weekends as that's the time when Terence will be able to stay home and spend time with us...and that also meant that we get to go out together, the 3 of us.

Last Saturday, we went to visit Lake Ginnidera. Terence & Tim had been there once when I went swimming and Terence said the place was beautiful, so since we were going to Belconnen Markets for grocery shopping, I asked to go there.

No regrets! The place is beautiful. The day itself was beautiful, with lots of sunshine and not very windy. The lake was calm and alot of families were there...feeding the ducks....playing at the playground....bbqing...

So Canberra is not that boring afterall...:P


There was this little islet we walked to and a family was there fishing. The boy (from that family) was feeding the ducks with some bread and gave us some to feed too...

The ducks there are very clever...At the sight of food, they will charge over...as you can see from the picture below...

After walking around the lake, we brought Timmy to the playground. He loves going to the playground now that he enjoys the swing, slide and see-saw.....
